Yeah just got back from the ditch. Was definatly skatable, if the weather holds up tonight we should be racing. Top half was sweet all it needed was a sweep out. Bottom half was still a bit damp mainly on the hill side. There is no cloud cover here at the moment and fingers crossed it stays that way.

Roads a bit damp here in Kincumber but black cloud heading towards the ditch as I type.
Looks like it's on it's own though so fingers crossed.

There was ditch skating today. Drain dried out. Some amazing racing went down.
To slow Jackson up we have had to import a professional from Switzerland. Ramón Königshausen is here, representing Airflow. He was the 2006 Tight Slalom World Champ and placed 3rd overall in the Pro division of the 2008 World Championships.
Jackson and Ramon battled it out all day. Ramon in the lead for most of the race day. However, Jackson won on his last run!!!

Damn! I missed my chance for revenge. hahaha..

Hope the day was fun, and that tomorrow will be a dry one for you all. Sorry I'm out of the running again this year lads. The pools just keep calling out for me to grind em to smithereens.

Brad, your deck is with Scott Tansley, and there is a spare if anyone wants to add to my travel fund.

That was a great weekend of skating.
Looks like I had a pretty consistent two day performance.
Thanks to the weather gods, and the crew for their organisation and effort.
I liked the way the slalom draw worked with double elimination and the winner/loser brackets.
Lots of spectators at Sidonia and nice cool (dry!) conditions for the ditch. Very Happy
