doesnt hurt, radikal actually manufactured their bushings with a rounded inner lip area (and outer lip) to allow freedom of movement for the hanger spherical. Fitz has done a great job of machining bushings to the Radikal (or better) shape.

Yep, cheers Nathan on the heads up, spent the other morn with a conical stone it the trusty electric drill with some red and black Reflex barrels Ado flowed and some Cracked hard Hop also flowed some time ago, when you look at the spericals in a cranked posy they do show em selfs at least 5 mill, after the process I found I no longer laying awake at night wondering, other thing I did was cut down one of the barrels across the 3 sets I had with a hacksaw bout 2 mill plus blade so hanger sat at 90 degree,s to pivot mount, since crancked king pin down another 1 1/2 turns from coffee table set up so maybe wasnt nessisary, hasnt hurt and kept me in the fiddle zone for extra hour any way.

Also nothing like a designated zip lock bag of wiggle bushings to weigh down the kit box.
